When your child is feeling ill, the last thing on your mind should be traveling to a clinic, finding a parking spot, and sitting in a waiting room. With virtual visits, you can see a reputable provider from the comfort of your own home. Virtual visits also allow for a more flexible schedule, especially for families with very busy lives.
To participate in a virtual visit, you will need to use a computer with a web camera, tablet, or a smartphone with video capability. Connecting to a Wi-Fi network will improve your experience.
Individuals under the age of 22 residing in the states of Florida or Washington.

Feel free to send us a message through the patient portal or click CONTACT from the menu above.
For scheduling purposes and availability of both the provider and other patients at RVP, we ask that you please provide adequate notice if you need to cancel or change an appointment.
You can cancel up to three hours prior to your scheduled appointment time with no fee. If you cancel within three hours of your scheduled appointment time, your debit/credit card will be charged a $15 fee. If you miss your appointment, your debit/credit card will be charged $35 (the cost of a virtual visit).
Occasionally during virtual visits, the provider may discover a problem that needs to be addressed immediately for the safety of your child. In the event this occurs, the provider will guide you on what level of care is appropriate for your child. This can include a recommendation to follow up at an in-person urgent care or the emergency department.
